Importing a Recalled Products List

If the list of affected products is long, import a spreadsheet to save time adding products to the recall.

Step 1 - Create and Upload the Import Products File

1. Select the Product Tab. (The recall must be in the process of being created or edited to access the Products Tab.)

2. Click Import Products.

Download a CSV product template to which you can add the products associated with the recall.

3. Enter the product information into the template

- Do not modify any columns or column headings.  Changing fields will result in an error when uploading the file. 

- Complete the Description and Catalog number for all products.

- Fill out as many additional fields as is necessary.

- Save the updated template as a CSV and upload the completed file into the NotiSphere platform by clicking the Choose Files button. Or, you can drag the file from your desktop or local folder and drop it into the rectangle with the dotted outline.

4 - Click the Process File button

Step 2 - Confirm Product Upload

1 - Review Valid and Invalid Product Lists.

2 - Remove any products or edit any product details if needed .

3 - Click Save.

These products will now be shown in the product list in the Recall.
