A number of reports are available within the application to help your team track recall processes. In addition to information that can be viewed on-line, there are several reports that can be downloaded in the either XLS or CSV format. Below is a summary of the reports that can be downloaded.
Recall Event Summary Report
Keeping up with recalls can be a tough and time-consuming task if not done the right way -- the NotiSphere way. That is why we have included a downloadable recall event summary report that can be sent across your organization with the click of a button. This report contains all of the information from the recall screen including recall name, ID, type, and classification. You you can easily share it with internal and external auditors.
To access this report, go to the recall screen and click the download icon at the top-right corner.
Location Report - Summary
Managing locations on the platform is simple when you can download the current Master Location list on demand. To access this report go to Location Management --> Locations. Click the download icon at the top-right of the screen and download the information as a CSV or XLSX file.
Provider Status Report
The provider status Report lists recall status by Provider. To access this report, go to the Provider Actions tab of a recall and click the download icon to download the information as a CSV or XLSX file.
Recall Event Status by Location Report
Wondering about how far along your customers are in the recall process? The location status report by recall shows the provider accounts affected by an event and the progress they are making in resolving the event.
You can access this report on the Provider Actions tab on any selected recall. To download this report, click the download icon on the screen.
Affected Locations Report
For every recall, you can easily keep up with all of the locations to which you have sent electronic notifications through NotiSphere. The affected locations report makes it easy to understand who should receive paper (Fedex, mail) or electronic notification. This report contains all of the provider locations and details and whether they use NotiSphere, which is also known as a Covered account.
To access this report,
1. Click on the recall and click on Edit Recall.
2. Click on Affected Locations tab and click the download icon.
Notification Report
The notification report can be used for internal and external auditing purposes. This report shows every notification you have sent to providers by recall event, including timestamps of when the notification was sent.
You can access this report in the Recall Details tab on any selected recall. To download this report, click the download icon as indicated in the picture below.
Customized Content Report
For custom content recalls, you can easily keep track of the locations and products you have sent electronic notifications through NotiSphere with the Customized Content Report. The Customized Content Report makes it easy to understand which providers were affected by an event and their corresponding specific content. This report contains all of your provider locations and product details.
