A number of reports are available within the application to help your team track recall processes. In addition to information that can be viewed on-line, there are several reports that can be downloaded in the either XLS or CSV format. Downloadable reports are available wherever you see this icon.
Below is a summary of the reports that can be downloaded.
Provider's Recall Summary Report
This is a summary level report providing information across all recalls. It helps you answer questions such as:
What recalls are still open?
How long is it taking for recalls to be completed?
How many recalls did my team manage last quarter?
Which Sites in my organization are the most impacted?
In some cases, Suppliers will provide very personalized recall information for Providers indicating specific serial numbers or lot numbers that were shipped to a particular Provider location. In these cases, the product and location details will be presented in a single report for the Recall event. It helps you answer questions such as:
Which serial numbers or lot numbers of the affected items?
Which location were these recalled products shipped to?
What is the Supplier location ID associated with our organizational site or center?
What address does the Supplier have on file for our location?
An event specific report that provides information about Delegate actions that have been sent as part of the Workflow for that event. It helps answer questions such as:
