Key Reports for Providers

What Reports are Available to Providers?

A number of reports are available within the application to help your team track recall processes. In addition to information that can be viewed on-line, there are several reports that can be downloaded in the either XLS or CSV format. Downloadable reports are available wherever you see this icon.
Below is a summary of the reports that can be downloaded.  

Provider's Recall Summary Report

This is a summary level report providing information across all recalls. It helps you answer questions such as:
  • What recalls are still open?
  • How long is it taking for recalls to be completed?
  • How many recalls did my team manage last quarter?
  • Which Sites in my organization are the most impacted?

Delegate Summary Report

This is a summary level report providing information about Delegate communication across all events. It helps you answer questions such as:
  • Which events have Delegate actions pending?
  • Which Delegates have Responded to a communication related to an event?
  • When did the Delegate Open or Respond to the workflow communication?

Affected Location Report

This is an event specific report providing information related to a specific disruption event or recall. It helps you answer questions such as:
  • Which ship-to locations or sites in my organization are affected by this recall?
  • What is the Supplier's internal identifier or code for those ship-to locations?
  • What ship-to address does the Supplier have on file for those locations?

Affected Products Report

This is an event specific report providing information related to a specific disruption event or recall. It helps you answer questions such as:
  • Which products are affected by this event?
  • What are the specific lot numbers, etc. affected by this event?

Customized Content Reports

In some cases, Suppliers will provide very personalized recall information for Providers indicating specific serial numbers or lot numbers that were shipped to a particular Provider location. In these cases, the product and location details will be presented in a single report for the Recall event. It helps you answer questions such as:
  • Which serial numbers or lot numbers of the affected items?
  • Which location were these recalled products shipped to?
  • What is the Supplier location ID associated with our organizational site or center?
  • What address does the Supplier have on file for our location?

Delegate Status Report

An event specific report that provides information about Delegate actions that have been sent as part of the Workflow for that event. It helps answer questions such as:
  • How many Delegates have Responded?
  • Which Delegate responses are still pending?
  • What are the Responses to the actions assigned?
  • When was the Delegate email sent?
  • When was the Delegate Response received?
