A number of reports are available on the NotiSphere platform to help you and your team track recalls. There are several reports that can be downloaded in the either XLS or CSV format. Downloadable reports are available wherever you see this icon:

Provider's Recall Summary
This report summarizes information from all recalls. It helps you answer questions such as:
What recalls are still open?
How long is it taking for recalls to be completed?
How many recalls did my team manage last quarter?
Which Sites in my organization are the most impacted?
In some cases, Suppliers will provide recall information to Providers listing specific serial numbers or lot numbers that were shipped to a particular Provider location. The product and location details will be presented in a single report for the recall event. These reports help you answer questions such as:
Which serial numbers or lot numbers of the affected items?
Which location were these recalled products shipped to?
What is the Supplier location ID associated with our organizational site or center?
What address does the Supplier have on file for our location?
This is an event-specific report that provides information about Delegate actions sent via the Workflow for an event. It helps to answer questions such as:
