Delegate Status Report

This is an event-specific report that provides information about actions that were sent to Delegates using the Workflow feature in NotiSphere. It helps answer questions such as:

  • How many Delegates have Responded?
  • Which Delegate responses are still pending?
  • What are the Responses to the actions assigned?
  • When was the Delegate email sent?
  • When was the Response received?

Report Fields

Specific fields provided in the report

  • Delegate email
  • Status (Pending, Opened, Responded)
  • Specific Actions and Responses (these will be different based on the actions selected)
  • Distribution List (if applicable)
  • Subject - of the Delegate communication sent
  • Date Sent
  • Last Modified Date

Sample Report

1. To run the report, click on Workflow tab for a particular recall
2. Click on the download icon and select Delegate Status Report.
