A number of reports are available within the application to help your team track recall processes. In addition to information that can be viewed on-line, there are several reports that can be downloaded in the either XLS or CSV format.
Customized Content Reports
In some cases, Suppliers will provide very personalized recall information for Providers indicating specific serial numbers or lot numbers that were shipped to a particular Provider location. In these cases, the product and location details will be presented in a single report for the Recall event. It helps you answer questions such as
Which serial numbers or lot numbers are affected by the recall and which location were these shipped to?
What is the Supplier location ID associated with our organizational site or center?
What address does the Supplier have on file for our location?
Report Fields
Supplier name, Recall name and ID, Date event opened and closed by Supplier
Supplier Location ID associated with ship-to location
Supplier address on file for ship-to location
Product description
Product identifiers such as catalog number, serial number, lot number. These will vary from one event to another.

1 - Click on the report download icon at the top of the Recall Details page and select from the options provided. If you do not see Customized Content, then please run the Affected Location or Products report for information.
