Managing Template Actions - Providers

As an Administrator you may manage the list of actions that are available when assigning tasks to Delegates in Workflow. The standard list of actions presented is managed under Recall Settings --> Template Actions.

Add Template Actions

To add a Template Action:
  1. click on Template Actions under Recall Settings
  2. Enter the action Description and select the Response Type from the drop down
  3. Click Add Action. The new action will appear in the list below.
  4. Click SAVE
This new action will now be presented as an option when assigning tasks to Delegates in Workflow

Editing or Deleting Template Actions

Administrators may also edit existing template actions or delete them.
  1. to edit a Template Action, click on Template Actions under Recall Settings
  2. Click on the action Description and make any changes
  3. to Delete a Template Action, click the X next to the action
  4. Click SAVE
