Resetting Your Team Users' Passwords

Resetting Passwords

Administrators have the ability to reset a user’s passwords. In addition, users may reset their own passwords using self service options.

Password Reset by Administrator

  1. From the Users screen under Organizational Settings
  2. Click the three dots next to the name of the user whose password you wish to reset
  3. Select Send Reset Password Email

The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password. The email will be sent to the email listed as part of that user's account.
Once the user clicks on the link, the user will be prompted to select a new password

Self-Service Password Reset

Users have the ability to use self-service to reset their passwords. Clicking on Forgot Password link will initiate a password reset email to be sent to the user. The user can then select a new password.

Password Requirements

Passwords must be 8 characters or more and contain at least:
  • one uppercase letter
  • one lowercase letter
  • one number
  • one special character (only those found above numbers 1-9 on the keyboard)
