Resetting Your Users' Passwords

Resetting Passwords

Administrators can  reset a User’s password. Users may reset their own passwords using self-service options.

Password Reset by Administrator

  1. From the Users screen under Organizational Settings, click the three dots next to the name of the user whose password you wish to reset.
  2. Select Send Reset Password Email

An email with a password reset link will be sent to the email address listed in the User's account. Once the User clicks on the link, the system will prompt the User to select a new password.

Self-Service Password Reset

Users can reset their own  passwords. Clicking on the "Forgot Password" link will send a password reset email to the User. The User can then select a new password.

Password Requirements

Passwords must be 8 characters or more and contain at least:

  • one uppercase letter
  • one lowercase letter
  • one number
  • one special character (only those found above numbers 1-9 on a standard keyboard)
