Supplier Connect feature ensures the manufacturer sales reps are in the loop for any provider communications related to supply disruptions. Providers can add their sales rep emails which will ensure that the rep is copied on any activity related to their company. As part of the standard processes for managing disruptions, the rep will be cc'd on any active recalls they create and respond to using NotiSphere. It ensures they are aware of disruption activity while also letting them know that you are using NotiSphere.
Adding new Sales Rep Contacts
To add a Sales Rep Contact, the Administrator can click the ADD button in the Supplier Contacts area.
Complete the information in the pop-up box and click Save
Supplier Name - be sure to select the Supplier Name from the drop-down list provided
Sales Contact First Name
Sales Contact Last name
Sales Contact email
Sales Contact Title
Sales Contact phone number (optional)
Editing or Deactivating Sales Rep Contacts
To edit or delete a contact, click on the three dots next to the Supplier Contact.
Select Edit or Delete from the options that appear.
