Once the Supplier has received the appropriate level of response from the affected locations, the recall event may be closed.
Closing a Recall
To close a Recall Event, the Recall Coordinator clicks on the recall from the Dashboard
1 - After reviewing the Provider Actions, and determining recall is complete
2 - Click the "Close Recall" button
Once a recall has been Closed it cannot be reopened. The recall card will now be found under the Closed filter on the Dashboard.
Suppliers and Providers may continue to communicate with each other related to the closed recall using the Communications tab.
