Managing Errors when Sending Responses - Providers

Tracking Status of Reponses Sent to Suppliers

Once you have added and sent your response to a Supplier through NotiSphere, you can track the status in the eR Response or Recalls view as illustrated below.  

A successfully sent response will show a status of Sent in green.  An error will appear in red.

How to Address an Error

The most common cause of an error is an incorrect Supplier Response Email address. The Responder or Recall Coordinator who created the response can address this by following the steps below.  

From the eR Responses

  1. Click on the Response Document to view it and determine the correct Supplier Email Address.
  2. Click on the three dots next to the recall response with the error, select Edit.
  3. Click the X to remove the incorrect email.
  4. Type in the correct email address.
  5. Click Update.
  6. In the response pop-up, click Yes.

The system will resend the response with the updated email address.
