How Delegates Respond in Provider Workflow

NotiSphere Recall Management Delegate Emails

Delegates are internal stakeholders who are a part of the recall management process for your organization.  Typically, a delegate will respond with pertinent information to the Recall Coordinator who is managing the recall (e.g., number of affected product on the shelf)

These recipients do not need to have a NotiSphere application login and password.  Delegates can receive email notifications from the recall coordinator via NotiSphere using your organization's e-mail addresses.

These email communications can be informational or contain actions/documentation for delegates to review and complete.

Delegate Receives Email

Below is an example of the email a Delegate will receive. It includes high-level information about the recall, any notes the Recall Coordinator included, and a link to the recall actions.

How a Delegate Should Respond to the Email

The Delegate clicks on the link within the email, which will take them to the recall in NotiSphere. There, the Delegate responds to actions listed by the Recall Coordinator.

Once the Delegate clicks "Submit Response," a pop-up screen will appear asking for the Delegate's first and last name. Entering the information on the pop-up will notify the Recall Coordinator that the Delegate completed the action.

The Recall Coordinator will see the update to the Delegate's action in the Workflow Status area and use the information provided by the Delegate to respond to the Supplier and complete the recall.
