Reading the Dashboard - Provider

Why Use the Dashboard to Manage Events

The Dashboard is available to Administrators and Recall Coordinators. It provides visual overview of all events available to the user for a quick understanding of activity across the organization.

Provider Dashboard

  1. Event Filter - Across the top of the Dashboard, there are options to view In Progress or Completed events. Users may also choose to view all events regardless of status.
  2. Tile Details - Each event will show with its own tile. At the top you will see the Type, Date, Event ID, Event Name and Supplier. Also, it will show an Urgency level and whether it is an internal (envelope) or a Supplier electronic notification (NotiSphere icon)
  3. Progress Indicator - The progress indicator is helpful if your organization is using Sites. The indicator will tell you how many Sites have completed the event and is calculated as a percentage. It will display the number of days the event has been opened since the notification date. Also, for Supplier electronic notifications, the tile will display whether the notice has been acknowledged or not.
  4. Communication Alert - For notifications from Suppliers, the Providers and Suppliers can communicate with each other through the platform. If there is a pending communication that has not yet been seen, a red notification alert bubble will appear in the upper right corner.
  5. Categories and Sites - If a category has been assigned to the event, that information will display. The tile will also display the number of Provider sites affected by the event.
Clicking on the tile will take the user to the event details for that event
