Reading the Dashboard - Provider

The Dashboard is available to Administrators and Recall Coordinators. It provides a visual overview of all events and activity  across the organization.

Provider Dashboard

  1. Event Filter - Across the top of the Dashboard, there are options to view In Progress or Completed events. You can also choose to view all events regardless of status.
  2. Tile Details - Each event will have its own tile. At the top you will see the Type, Date, Event ID, Event Name and Supplier. Also, it will show if the event is urgent and whether it was created by the recall coordinator in your organization (envelope icon) or sent electronically through NotiSphere by the Supplier or Distributor  (NotiSphere icon).
  3. Progress Indicator - The Progress indicator will tell you how many Sites or Delegates have completed actions related to the event. Progress is calculated as a percentage. It will display the number of days the event has been opened since the notification date. Also, for Supplier electronic notifications, the tile will display whether the notice has been acknowledged or not.
  4. Communication Alert - For notifications from Suppliers, the Providers and Suppliers can communicate with each other through NotiSphere. If there is an unread communication, a red notification alert bubble will appear in the upper-right corner.
  5. Categories and Sites - If a category has been assigned to the event, that information will display. The tile will also display the number of Provider sites affected by the event.

Clicking on the tile will take the user to the event details for that event
