The Dashboard is available to Administrators and Recall Coordinators. It provides visual overview of all events and activity across the organization.
Supplier Dashboard
1. Across the top of the Dashboard, there are options to view Draft, In Progress, or Closed events. You can choose to view all events regardless of status.
2. Each event displays on a tile. At the top you will see the Type, Date, Event ID, and Event Name. Also, it will show if the event is urgent (in red) and whether the event includes general Customer Accounts (envelope) or User Managed accounts (NotiSphere icon).
3. Color coding enables users to easily see the urgency of each event.
4. The progress indicator provides a quick view on how many locations have completed actions related to the event. Statistics will display how may locations have acknowledged and completed the event.
5. Providers and Suppliers can communicate with each other through the platform. If there is an unread communication, a red notification alert bubble will appear in the upper-right corner.
Clicking on the tile will take the user to the event details.
