Sending Messages to Team Members with the Communications Feature

Recall Coordinator or Administrators can send messages to anyone in your organization using the Communications feature. The feature tracks internal notifications as part of the recall activity for easy reference.
Communications
To send an internal notification, open the recall event by clicking on the tile from the Dashboard or the record listed on the Recalls page.
Navigate to the Communications tab
1. Enter email addresses of those to whom you wish to send a message.
2. Edit the standard message and attach any additional documents if desired. Click Send.
The stakeholders will receive an email message as well as a link to view the recall details page.
3. A history of Internal notifications sent will be maintained as part of the Recall record.
