Great things are happening at NotiSphere! We have over 350 users in the platform now and several organizations have sent over 100 responses each to suppliers. Thanks to all of you for sharing the need for a single industry platform, we now have several suppliers in contracting discussions. We hope to have exciting news to share soon. Take a Look at Supplier Connect!
Provider Administrators, use Supplier Connect to reach out to your Supplier Sales Contacts and encourage them to join the NotiSphere platform. There are options for Ad Hoc communication as well as ways to automatically add Supplier Sales Contacts to your Recall Responses. Adding supplier sales reps to the responses is a great way to keep you sales rep in the loop while also sharing information about NotiSphere.

Email and Alerting Improvements
NotiSphere has implemented detailed email and alert handling improvements to provide even greater visibility that your responses to Suppliers and messages to team members are delivered in a timely manner.
If you are using the Workflow feature, you now can better track the emails sent to your Delegates from the feature. In addition to Pending and Responded status, we’ve added Sent, Delivered, Opened and Error to provide better email status visibility for Recall Coordinators. Supplier Name Standardization
The Supplier drop down fields in eR Responses and Recall creation now present standard Supplier Names from the list. Along with smart type-ahead functionality, this enhancement supports greater usability for dashboard displays, search results and reporting.
· Don’t see the Supplier name you need? No problem. Users can always type any Supplier name they need onto the response or recall form.

Recall Settings Make Using Workflow Easier than Ever
If you regularly use workflow to collect information from others in your organization, don’t forget about template actions and distribution lists. Template actions enable you to set up commonly used actions once, allowing you to select the action for each recall rather than typing it out multiple times. In addition, by creating distribution lists you can save additional time and reduce clicks for each recall.
