NotiSphere provides the ability for you to deactivate users within your organizational settings. We encourage you to look at your users to be sure that the list is current. This is an important step in ensuring that access to your data is limited to the appropriate individuals. While you are there, look at your site information to ensure it is current.
There are a couple of ways to ensure that your responses are being received by the suppliers. The response status is visible on the Recalls page and eR Responses page.
You will see the status identified as draft, sent, delivered, or opened. It is good practice to review your dashboard to be sure that no responses are in error status.
This will occur whenever the email cannot be successfully received by the intended recipient. The most common cause is due to a mistyped supplier response email.
To better facilitate proactive communication with your manufacturer sales representatives during a recall event, the rep will now be notified when you create a recall.
We have heard from both providers and suppliers that there are times when the sales rep is not aware that their customer is impacted by a recall. This change will increase awareness for them earlier in the process of managing a recall.
They will continue to receive recall responses and documentation when a recall is completed.
