The required user credentials have been expanded to include user title and phone number in addition to name and email. This change was made in response to user requests that the signatures for communications between suppliers, providers and delegates be in standard business format. Now notifications and responses can contain a signature that is reflective of usual business emails that contain, name, title, email and phone number. Please go add this information to your profile. We encourage you to add a picture while you update your profile!
Improved Filtering and Searching is now available on the Provider Recalls and eR Responses pages. These new features provide an expanded number of fields available so that you can more easily find specific events within your account. In addition, you can more easily customize your view by arranging columns. These features are already available in the Supplier pages and the location management and verification pages.
By popular demand, providers are now able to add any necessary comments to all supplier response emails. When sending the response, you will see the usual supplier email template but there is now a comments box for you to add and format additional information to the standard templates.
For NotiSphere administrators managing users across multiple sites, we have added the ability for the new user to select one site when they register, saving you the time of updating the sites details after they become a user.
