Leverage the Affected products indicator available when responding to a recall event. Responders can indicate whether Affected Product was found and whether it was Returned or Destroyed.

Addressing Errors When Responding
When sending a supplier response to a paper recall the platform will display an Error message if there was an issue delivering the response.
Typically, this is caused by an invalid email address entered for the Supplier Response Email.
To resolve, check the scanned response form and confirm the email address. Make any needed edits and resend.
