NotiSphere makes it simple to track whether your organization was impacted by a recall event. When sending a response to the Supplier, the platform provides an option to capture whether or not your organization found affected product. NotiSphere stores this information and displays it in the summary view for Recalls and eR Responses.
Tracking Affected Products with Recalls
Once the Recall Coordinator has completed managing the event and is ready to complete the recall, they will click the Mark Recall as Complete button. A pop-up window will appear where the Recall Coordinator can mark whether affected product was found and the disposition of that product, if applicable.
Tracking Affected Products with eR Responses
When creating an eR Response to a recall event, use the Affected Product Found option in the dialog box to capture impact to the organization.
Viewing Impact Across Recall Events
On the eR Responses or Recalls tab, the Affected Product field will display information for events. This enables users to easily view, search and sort for this information.
