Improved Post-Recall Creation Navigation

When users click “Save and Close” after adding a recall, the system now redirects to the Recall Details page instead of the dashboard. This allows providers to take other  actions such as sending communications, viewing reports, and tracking workflow responses without having to find and open the recall from the dashboard.

Recall Details

Affected Product Import Feature (for Paper Recalls)

Providers can now upload affected product details via spreadsheet when creating a recall from a paper notification. This makes adding multiple products to a recall faster and easier than before. To use the affected product import feature:
1)    Go to the Products page, step 2 of creating a recall, and click "+ Import Products"
2)   Download and fill out the product template. (Tip: Only description and catalogue number are required; other fields are optional.)
3)   Save the template to your desktop after filling in the information.
4)   Import the completed template by dragging the file to the “Drag your file here” space or clicking “Choose Files.”
5) Click “Process file.”
6) Click “Save” at the bottom, right of the screen.
7) The imported affected product information is now visible on the Recall Details page, as well as available for download by clicking the affected products report button.

New Filtering Option

A new “Created By”field has been added to the recall grid to enhance filtering and record tracking. This feature makes it easier to find recalls created by a specific individual.

FDA Recall Reference Integration

1. FDA Recalls Reference Database
Users can now browse FDA recalls within NotiSphere, each linked to the official FDA record for detailed information. Each record includes a link to the full FDA record with all pertinent information.

2. One-Click Recall Creation from FDA Records
Users can now create a NotiSphere recall directly from an FDA recall record:
●     Click “Create Recall” from the FDA database entry
●     The system pre-populates the recallwith available FDA data
●     The new record opens in Draft Mode for further editing before release.
