What’s New on the Platform

We have over 1,000 recalls managed in NotiSphere!  In addition, we have set the bar for notification timeline-- in one recent recall event the supplier received an acknowledgement only 27 minutes after the supplier sent out the recall notification. There is operational benefit for both suppliers and providers and all types of organizations, including large IDN, standalone hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices are using NotiSphere.  It’s exciting to be making this important industry innovation a reality!

Big Improvements for Suppliers!

Consolidated reporting for paper and electronic provider responses.

Supplier Response tracking for Paper responses is now available.   You can record information received in paper response cards into NotiSphere, consolidating reporting for both the electronic and paper notifications. Completing FDA effectiveness checks are easier than ever.

 

Internal workflow capabilities

Suppliers can now easily use distribution groups to share important recall information with other key stakeholders at their organization-either before or after the affected providers are notified. Use workflow to notify distribution centers, risk management, customer service or sales reps about product advisories and recall notices so that they can effectively collaborate with customers to quickly manage recalls.

 

Enhanced communication features

It is easier than ever for supplier recall coordinators to create a recall within NotiSphere. Templates can be customized for your business and leveraged to rapidly create a new recall event in NotiSphere. Notifications to customers can be distributed to customers with only minutes of effort.

 

 NotiSphere Help Desk is now live

Have a how to question?   Want to train a new user? The NotiSphere Help Desk has a new look. Take advantage of our training content and videos by clicking on the help link in the left-hand navigation. We also have FAQ documents and an easy way for you to contact us.   Let us know if you have a great idea or new feature!

Customizing your View is Now Available

You will see a new look in NotiSphere as we have implemented a new way of presenting information in the Locations pages. Tailor the page to your perspective by moving columns around or pinning and sizing columns.  Your settings will be saved for future use or can easily be reset to the original view. The ability to filter and sort columns makes it easier than ever to find information you are looking for quickly.   These capabilities will continue to be added to other pages in the application including the Recalls page and eR responses pages soon.

Provider added Recalls

We are always striving to make the user experience better.  We have made some changes for those providers entering your recalls into NotiSphere.  The flow of information will more closely align with the communication that occurs when you receive an electronic notification from a supplier.   Once a recall is entered (either by the supplier or the provider) an email notification will be sent to any recall coordinator or administrator that is associated with the relevant site.   This enhancement for the provider entered recalls will eliminate the need for the originator to inform others in the organization via workflow.  Thanks for the feedback!  We are all about minimizing the clicks associated with what you are doing.  

Did you Know?

The NotiSphere Communication feature lets recall coordinators at the supplier and provider easily connect if there is a question or need for clarification. In addition to the tradition chat capabilities, documents such as an RMA or video training can also be attached to ensure the recall event is handled effectively.
