Since NotiSphere creates a connection between Suppliers and Providers, Suppliers are able to monitor Recall progress in near real time. For a high-level overview of recall event status, Recall Coordinators can leverage the Dashboard view.
The Dashboard provides an overview of all recall events. Recall Coordinators may switch the view to see recalls across the various statuses.
Dashboard - View By Status
1 - Click on the Status Buttons to View Recall Events by Status
Draft: a recall event that your organization is still editing. Once all required steps are taken you have the ability to send the recall notification.
Open: a recall event that has been released to providers, but not marked as closed by your organization. The event will remain open until your organization closes it.
Closed: a recall event that has been closed by your organization.
Dashboard - Monitoring Progress
Each card provides information about recall event progress.
Acknowledgement
1 - The first step for a Provider is to Acknowledge the recall event. You will see an overview of this activity on the card. In the example below, the Syringes recall shows 2 of the 3 provider locations has acknowledged the recall.
Completion
2 - Progress Indicator shows the overall percentage completion.
This is based on the number of Provider locations that have marked their recall activities complete. In the example below, the Syringes recall has 3 affected locations. 1 of the 3 locations has marked the activities complete so progress is shown at 33%. The Gram Crystal Violet recall shows 100% because the affected location has marked their activities complete
View Recall Details
Click the View button at the bottom of the card to see details related to a particular recall event.
Responses
1 - Click "Provider Actions" to see provider responses
2 - View responses grouped by Provider or by Action. In this example see that Red Valley has complete 2 out of 2 responses and has marked the recall activity Complete. Daytona has acknowledged the recall and is still working on the other activities.
