Dashboard - Monitoring Progress
Each card provides information about recall progress being made toward completing and closing a recall.
Acknowledgement
1. When a Provider receives a recall, their first step is to acknowledge it. You will see a count of Provider acknowledgements on the card. In the example below, the Syringes recall shows 2 of the 3 provider locations has acknowledged the recall.
Completion
2. The Progress Indicator shows the overall percent completion.
The percent completion is calculated based on the number of provider locations that have marked their recall activities complete. In the example below, the Syringes recall has three affected locations. One of the three locations has marked the activities complete, so progress shows 33%. The Gram Crystal Violet recall shows 100% because all affected locations have marked their activities complete.
